We also wanted to introduce the local people to some interesting culinary fusion. Therefore, we started serving Indian food dishes cooked with locally sourced fish like sea bass and red mullet. You can also see the freshwater fish from Bangladesh on our menu.

We have always been very strict regarding maintaining the authenticity of the dishes we serve. From the procurement of ingredients to the ways of presentation of dishes, in Asif Balti, we do our best to make sure the dishes are served with utmost authenticity.
