Coming from a successful catering management profile and profound work ethics, Zalal Uddin climbed the management ladder pretty fast during his employment with Wimpy and EMI and was inspired to open a restaurant that is a successful name today. Gandhi’s ethos has been to create a connection with not only foodies or customers but with the same values as Gandhi’s for the restaurant to exist in the first place.
